2025 Inclement Weather/ Holiday Schedule

Attention Residential curbside Customers: ** Updated for Friday residential curbside routes below ** 1/10/2025 ** 

Due to the inclement weather and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our employees and community; we have decided to postpone Monday and Tuesday routes. Monday and Tuesday routes this week will be allowed to double up and put 2 weeks' worth of trash out next week. We are running Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday routes on normal schedule this week, weather and roads permitting. We will get all the streets we can safely pick up on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday routes. Unfortunately, large trucks and icy streets can be a very dangerous combination. If you are a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday stop and we could not make it down your street, we will be back next week to get it picked up. 

We will keep you posted throughout the week if there are any changes.

We sincerely apologize for any frustration this schedule change may cause. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult and challenging weather week.

MONDAY 1-6-25: Mondays routes will be delayed one week. We will pick up two weeks' worth of trash on 1/13/25. (Office and the Recycling Drop off Center will be closed)

TUESDAY 1-7-25: Tuesday routes will be delayed one week. We will pick up two weeks' worth of trash on 1/14/25. (Office and the Recycling Drop off Center will be closed)

WEDNESDAY 1-8-25: Wednesday will be run on normal schedule roads permitting (Office will re-open and resume normal business hours)

THURSDAY 1-9-25: Thursday will be run on normal schedule

** FRIDAY 1-10-25: ** Friday will be run on normal schedule **(Due to icy road conditions there will be areas we will need to leave and ask that you double up next week 1/17/25) ** 

Please make sure to have your trash curbside by 6am on your scheduled day.

**Attention Commercial customers 1/10/25: If we could not service your location this week, we will be back next week. Please try your best to have the enclosure areas clear of snow and ice.** 

**Attention Roll-Off customers 1/10/25: Some Friday jobs will have to be rescheduled for next week. If we cannot service your location, dispatch will call to reschedule for next week.**

Holidays Observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July (starting in 2025 we will celebrate on the 5th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a weekday, all routes are delayed one day following the holiday.

Commercial – Weekly Business Pickup – Extension 4

• The office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• The recycling drop-off facility hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or until the containers fill up.
• Please have trash/recycling out the night before or by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
• By accepting Ted's Trash Service Inc. services, the customer agrees that concrete, asphalt, grass/dirt surface, water, sewer, telephone lines, gas lines, underground lines, enclosures, trees, and other damage may occur due to the weight and operation of our trucks and containers in the process of operation and that Ted's Trash Service Inc. is not liable for such damage.
