Equipment Responsibility: The renter is responsible for equipment from the time of possession to the time of return. The renter assumes the entire risk of loss, regardless of cause. If items are lost, stolen, or damaged, the renter will assume the cost of replacement or repair, including labor costs.

Ted's Commercial Services Refund Policy
All refunds from services that have been paid for are subject to approval. Any work performed on any paid service will be subject to fuel and labor costs as well as material costs. To ensure a full refund or avoid any charges, please call our office at 816-293-3199 ext. # 4. If you are unsatisfied with any services performed, please contact our office so that we may resolve the issue.
- Holidays Observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July (starting in 2025 we will celebrate on the 5th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a weekday, all routes are delayed one day following the holiday.
