Commercial Service (Rear Load)

Ted’s Trash Service offers commercial waste removal for businesses in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area. We provide front load or rear load containers. The containers can be emptied as often as the commercial customer requires. All of the trucks are radio controlled to provide prompt and reliable service. All containers must be loaded level full with the lids closed for the scheduled pickup day. Ted’s Trash Service Inc. is not responsible for the overflowing waste on top or around the containers. by accepting services, customer agrees Ted’s Trash Service Inc. is not responsible for damage to surfaces due to the weight and operation of the trucks and containers being serviced.

With Missouri laws regulating landfill, restrictions on different types of waste are necessary. Call our office and we will help you determine what size container you need or we’ll come by your location if there are any concerns with container placement. Call Lisa for any billing questions or account information.

The Holidays we observe are New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

The following types of debris should not be disposed in commercial containers:

  • Items Containing Freon
  • Batteries
  • Paint (That has NOT solidified)
  • Asbestos
  • Waste Oil
  • Tires
  • Large appliances
  • Special Waste
  • Hazardous Waste

We also offer a “lock and chain” service to secure the container lids to deter any illegal dumping. The customer and the driver are provided with a key for convenience. Lock fees are $5 per month, and $15 for a lock replacement if damaged or lost.

Customer by Accepting Services, agrees that concrete, asphalt, grass/dirt surface, water, sewer, telephone lines, gas lines, underground lines, trees and other damage may occur due to the weight and operation of our trucks and containers in the process of operation and that Ted’s Trash Service Inc. is not liable for such damage

Ted’s Refund Policy

All refunds from services that have been paid for are subject for approval.  Any work performed on any paid service will be subject to fuel and labor costs as well as material costs.  To ensure a full refund or avoid any charges, please call our office (816-252-1594)  a day before any service or job is to be completed.  If you are unsatisfied with any services performed, please call our office so that we may resolve the issue.
